While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues where possible.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be refunded or replaced.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.
